Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties
Hello, and welcome to my website! I'm glad you stopped by!
Newington is a wonderful town, centrally located in the state of CT, that is family oriented and offers the community several parks with swimming pools, playgrounds, the world's smallest waterfall, local farming, highly accredited schools, and many other amenities that make living in Newington a pleasure.
The center of town offers restaurants of all ethnicities, Stew Leonard's Food Store, Newington Bicycle Shop, Starbucks, Health Food store, library, yoga studiplus many other small businesses.
I have worked my entire life in service and sales support. My work experiences include many years in telecommunications and the insurance field. I entered into the real estate business in 2001. I thoroughly enjoy being a realtor and I would be happy to serve you.
My relaxation time includes travelling internationally, travelling locally to nostalgic places( Cape Cod), listening to music, cooking, riding my bike, and walking my dog, Mozart, my wonderful Bichon. I spend as much time as I can with my family who live close by.
I take pride in my work and want you to feel secure in knowing that you are well represented. I have worked with many clients with new construction and I enjoy working with first time homebuyers.
I also enjoy singing and am a member of The Sound of New England Chorus, which sings 4-part accapella music. We enjoy singing locally around the state and we compete regionally and internationally.
I also completed my certification in teaching yoga over 2 years ago and I volunteer at the Institute for Living with a weekly yoga class. The yoga helps to balance my life and reminds me to live in the present moment.
Here are some comments from former clients of mine:
"Kathy Sibley is a wonderful person and real estate professional. Her attention to details and realty knowledge is readily apparent in our dealings with her. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone who is either buying or selling property."

"Kathy and I have worked together over the last 3 years, and time after time she proves to be the most attentive, dedicated and professional in the business. She always puts the needs of her clients first, and conducts business in an extremely honest and ethical manner. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Kathy in confidence that their real estate needs will be in good hands!"
